CSI PROGRAM
The CSI Program, launched by WBC in 2024, is a transformative initiative designed to provide comprehensive guidance and training for the most critical asset of any organization: its people. CSI stands for a unique integration of three powerful philosophies: Carnegie’s Art of Communication, Sun Tzu’s Art of War, and Inamori’s Management Philosophy.
This program equips team members, particularly sales professionals, with essential skills to excel in their roles. Participants will learn how to:
- Master efficient and impactful communication through Carnegie’s principles to achieve swift and effective negotiations.
- Develop strategic business acumen inspired by Sun Tzu’s Art of War, enabling them to craft winning strategies.
- Cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset with Inamori’s philosophy, empowering them to think and act as capable business leaders.
The CSI Program is structured into three tiers: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced, making it suitable for administrative staff, sales professionals, and managerial personnel seeking to elevate their expertise and drive success.
ADMIN & MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE
Provide in-depth analysis for the administrative system in the enterprise and assign the right person to the right position. Establish an efficient and fast responding enterprise administrative system to improve enterprise performance and internal communication and interaction.
CORPORATE & BUSINESS IMAGE
Customise exclusive enterprise image and culture to let the market quickly understand and pay attention to the strength of the company. Assist the company to figure out how to promote, pursue and move forward to the corporate direction and culture.
BRAND ESTABLISHMENT
Establish the brand and give the product vitality based on marketing and product analysis. Review the strengths and weaknesses of the original brand, provide special proposal through marketing research and give new life to the old brand.
TEAM BUILDING & PHILOSOPHY TRAINING

Conduct Inamori Philosophy, Carnegie Training to the management officers, key personnel and workforce.
