Why We’ve Reduced Our Public Training Courses?
Before the COVID-19 pandemic, our consultants and mentors regularly conducted a variety of public training programs each year. These programs supported young professionals, aspiring managers, and business owners in building solid foundations for personal growth in a systematic and structured way. In the past, our offerings included Dale Carnegie training, courses on Sun Tzu’s Art of War, Inamori Philosophy, and even custom-tailored programs for individuals and teams. These sessions provided essential management and marketing fundamentals, paving the way for real, sustainable success in careers and business ventures.
However, since the pandemic, societal dynamics have shifted significantly. Many professionals and entrepreneurs, now more concerned with stability and security, have gravitated towards a quicker, more result-driven approach influenced by trainers with differing perspectives. This shift has led to a rise in practices we find less than ideal. These include exaggerated personal branding, overstated claims, and packaging that extends beyond a person’s actual resources or capabilities, all in hopes of expanding networks. Others pursue meaningless accolades purchased with money, or worse, exploit others through pyramid schemes that prey on trust.
As such market trends have negatively impacted the number of people genuinely committed to foundational learning, we have chosen to discontinue public courses. Instead, we are focusing on internal corporate training for companies that value substance over appearances. True excellence does not need to be dressed up in flashy packaging.
