As time steadily moves forward, 2024 is coming to a close in the blink of an eye. Reflecting on this year, WBC has participated in more business transformation and restructuring projects than ever before, while also expanding our training programs tailored for senior executives and mid-level administrative professionals. For us, 2024 has been a year of remarkable growth and accomplishments.
Firstly, we have increased the number of long-term consulting partnerships with SMEs, extending our reach into a wider range of industries. Our services have encompassed business transformation, internal restructuring, market development, and quality management systems such as ISO and HACCP. Over the past two consecutive years, we have contributed to generating tens of millions in revenue and several million in profit growth for our clients.
It is worth mentioning that this year, we also established a strategic partnership with ASIA BIGWAVE SDN BHD, a prominent HRDF-certified management and training company in Malaysia. This collaboration aims to expand both organizations’ business horizons and facilitate resource sharing for mutual growth.
Additionally, we conducted a series of in-house CSI training programs in 2024, specifically designed for senior executives, mid-level managers, and sales teams. These programs integrate the essence of Carnegie’s communication principles, Sun Tzu’s strategies, and Inamori’s philosophy. Over just two days, participants gained practical insights from WBC mentors, enhancing their negotiation, collaboration, decision-making capabilities, and personal growth.
