Phyllis TEO is a professional trained financial accountant with over 15 years of work experience in the industry. She is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
At the beginning of her career, she primarily worked as an auditor, where she worked with clients from various industries including hotels, food manufacturer, pension funds, building material manufacturer, insurance companies, service companies etc. She spent 7 years working with KPMG, one of the big four audit firm in the world. Her vast knowledge in financial related issues, attention to details, diligent working style and commitment to time management made her a good addition to LEAP MENTORS team.
In the later stage of her career, she changed role and joined a solar cells manufacturer as a business analyst. This gave her the opportunity to get closer to the real business operations and get involved in more depth. Her advanced analytical skill and the ability to think critically are some of the key assets she brought along to LEAP MENTORS’ clients.
